Exchange Policy

At Thrift Mall Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via our official WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Return the item in its original condition, with all tags (if applicable).

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

Our team reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • A Rs. 200 shipping fee will be charged for the replacement shipment.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store coupon equal to the approved amount. The coupon:

  • Can be used on your next purchase.

  • Is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Will be issued after the returned item passes inspection.

Please allow 10–15 working days for the exchange process to be completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for items received with major defects or damage that were not disclosed in the product listing.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Return the item in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Wait for our team to inspect and approve the claim.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selection (measurements are provided with every product).

  • Change of mind.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued as a store coupon. Cash refunds are not available.

Please allow 10–15 working days for refund processing after the returned item has been received and inspected.
